Capacities of small volume 25kg or less up to 2000kg can be melted for distribution to other activities, i.e. diecasting.

All molten metal is contained within a crucible and is therefore not subject to any oxidation from direct flame.

Molten metal is removed from the crucible by direct pouring for smaller volumes or the use of hand ladles for the larger sizes.

Electric, gas and oil heating systems can be accommodated on this type of furnace.
